My method
Photography is an expressive resource used in my therapeutic work to encourage the transformation of the being. Bringing to light a meaning, a self-realization through the expansion of deep consciousness integrating the various images we create of ourselves.
Using tools such as NLP (neurolinguistic programming), Systemic Family Constellation, Psychogenealogy and Positive Psychology techniques, this therapeutic process re-signifies, based on feelings, interpersonal relationships and self-observations, the vision we have of ourselves.
The universes of memories in family albums are looked at carefully, portraits of others and self-portraits invite us into each person's private world, bringing to light associations that awaken essential questions about our own existence.
